Delivery and returns

1. Where we ship from

Our shipping origin is Hungary. Your parcel is dispatched from there.

The countries we deliver to and the delivery time for your order are shown at checkout, before you pay.

2. Shipping methods and costs

You choose a shipping method at checkout. The delivery cost is added to your order total and shown before you pay.

3. Order processing

Your order is confirmed after your payment has been accepted (see Payment). We then prepare it for dispatch from Hungary.

If we cannot supply an item you ordered, for example because of a stock error, we tell you without delay and refund what you paid for it.

4. Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, we send you an e-mail with a tracking reference. Use it to follow the parcel until it reaches you.

If the e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to hello@tidemark.site with your order number.

5. Customs and duties

If you order to a destination outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply when the parcel enters the destination country. These charges are set by the authorities of that country.

They are paid by you, unless we state otherwise at checkout. If you are unsure which charges apply, ask your local customs office before you order.

6. Right of withdrawal

This section follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.

Your right

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they are delivered separately, the 14 days start on the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement that you withdraw, by e-mail to hello@tidemark.site. Include your order number and the items concerned. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. You keep to the deadline if you send your statement before the 14 days have ended.

Returning the goods

• Return the goods to us within 14 days after you told us that you withdraw. Send them to: Tidemark Kft., Returns, Móló utca 4., 8230 Balatonfüred, Hungary.
• Return the goods unworn and with the tags attached. You may try items on to check the fit, as you would in a shop. You are liable for a loss in value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and fit.
• You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we state otherwise.

Refund

We refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the order. The refund includes the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive method than standard delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply, for example to goods made to your specifications.

7. Damaged or wrong items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not the item you ordered, write to hello@tidemark.site and tell us your order number and what is wrong. Photos help us deal with your message faster.

We then put the matter right in line with your statutory rights, described in section 8 of the Terms of sale. You do not pay for putting it right, including the cost of returning the item.

This does not affect your right of withdrawal under section 6.
