No. At checkout you give an e-mail address and your delivery details. An account is optional.

You place the order at checkout. We confirm it by message and then send you a payment link. The methods we accept and the currency are described on the Payment page.

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is added at checkout and shown together with the total.

Parcels leave Hungary. Standard delivery costs and express delivery costs . The countries we deliver to and the delivery time for your order are shown at checkout.

Yes. Once the carrier has your parcel, we send you an e-mail with a tracking reference.

If you order to a destination outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may apply. The authorities of that country set them and you pay them, unless we say otherwise at checkout. Details are in Delivery and returns, section 5.

Yes. You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send the items back unworn and with the tags attached. Trying them on to check the fit is fine.

You pay the return postage unless we say otherwise. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, including the cost of standard delivery. The full terms are in Delivery and returns, section 6.

Check the parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us your order number and what is wrong. Photos help. We put it right in line with your statutory rights, and you do not pay for that, including the return of the item. See Delivery and returns, section 7.

Brush off dried mud, sponge with cold water, never machine wash, dry it slowly away from heat, and re-wax it when water stops beading. The full steps are in the Journal: How to care for waxed cotton.

It darkens with handling, damp and salt air. That is patina, not damage, and you can leave it or polish it back. More in the Journal: Brass, and what weather does to it.
